Scheduling and Cancellation policy. 

A non-refundable deposit is required for scheduling appointments with Khemistry Spa. The deposit goes toward your appointment. The balance is due by 9am on the day of your scheduled appointment. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy which allows you to reschedule your appointment once if your balance is Paid In Full. Paid deposits for late appointments, last minute cancellations or no shows are non-refundable.
